LR’s mission is to connect the right skilled tradespeople to busy shipbuilders. Our vision is to be known as the marine recruiter operating across the UK providing staffing solutions for multiple shipyards. 

SLR Recruitment Solutions Ltd was established in 2017 to meet the specialist recruitment needs for contract and permanent trade positions in the Marine and Industrial sectors. We offer a completely tailored service to suit the specific needs of our clients for both permanent and contract roles. We are proud of the candidate network we have built in Portsmouth serving our community and our city with opportunities across the UK.
